The AL TAX SERVICE SMS & WhatsApp Program sends text and WhatsApp messages related to your relationship with our firm, including appointment confirmations and reminders, tax deadline reminders, requests for documents needed to complete your filing, and general updates about services you've requested. We do not send unsolicited marketing text messages.
You may opt in by checking the SMS/WhatsApp consent box on our Contact page, or by verbally providing your mobile number and consent to a member of our team during a consultation or onboarding.
Message frequency varies based on your engagement with our services. You can generally expect between 1 and 4 messages per month, with more frequent messages around tax filing deadlines.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You may opt out of SMS/WhatsApp messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us, or by contacting us directly at +1 (443) 835-4492. After you opt out, we will send one final message confirming your removal from the program.
